When does delivery begin?
Work begins after we have the information, approvals and access needed to perform the purchased scope. The typical delivery timing for each package is shown in its service description.
Are domain, hosting, advertising spend or third-party fees included?
Only items specifically stated as included in the service description are included in the package price. Domain, hosting, advertising spend, paid apps, licenses and other third-party charges are excluded unless the service page explicitly says otherwise.
Can I request work outside the package scope?
Yes. Additional work can be discussed separately and, where applicable, quoted before it is started. Purchasing a fixed package does not automatically include work outside the listed scope.
