Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to IT and digital services purchased from Dwarkesh Enterprises through this online store.
Service Description and Price
Each product page describes the main service deliverables, price, exclusions and, where applicable, an estimated delivery period. Please review the service scope before checkout. Work outside the purchased scope may require a separate quotation or additional service purchase.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed after successful payment processing and remains subject to our ability to provide the requested service. After checkout, we may contact you to confirm requirements and collect content, approvals, credentials or access needed to begin.
One-Time Service Purchases
Unless the product page and checkout expressly identify a recurring plan, our standard service products are sold as one-time purchases for the stated scope. A one-time purchase does not include unlimited future support, maintenance, hosting, advertising spend, software licences, cloud consumption or other third-party fees unless clearly stated.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content and authorised access to systems relevant to the service. Delivery estimates may be extended when required information or approvals are delayed.
Third-Party Costs and Platforms
Domains, hosting, cloud services, business email licences, advertising platforms, paid apps, themes, software licences and similar third-party services are subject to their own prices, terms and availability. They are not included unless expressly stated on the purchased service page.
Delivery and Acceptance
Services are delivered digitally or remotely. If you believe delivered work does not match the purchased scope, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, correct work falling within the agreed scope.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether work has started, the work already completed and any third-party costs already incurred. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cancellation & Subscription Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you believe a charge or order is incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate the matter.
