Cancellation & Subscription Policy

This policy explains cancellations and recurring service arrangements for purchases from Dwarkesh Enterprises.

One-Time Services

Our standard IT service products are one-time purchases unless the product page and checkout explicitly state that the purchase is recurring. To cancel a one-time service order, contact us as soon as possible. If work has not started, cancellation may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once work has started, any refundable amount may be reduced by work already completed and by non-refundable third-party costs specifically incurred for the project.

Recurring Services or Subscriptions

If a recurring plan is offered, the recurring nature, billing frequency and price will be shown before purchase. A customer may request cancellation of future renewals before the next billing date using any cancellation option made available through the store or by contacting us.

Cancellation of a recurring service stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a billing period that has already begun or services already supplied, except where required by applicable law or where the individual plan terms provide otherwise.

Third-Party Subscriptions

Hosting, domains, email licences, cloud services, apps, software and advertising platforms may be billed by third-party providers. Cancellation and refund of those services are governed by the relevant provider's terms. We cannot guarantee a refund of charges controlled by a third party.

How to Cancel

Email sales@dwarkeshenterprises.in or call 9106484808 with your name, order number and service name. We will review the service status and confirm the available cancellation options.
