How to send your requirements: Use our Submit Service Requirements form after checkout. Include your Shopify order number and the exact service purchased. If you prefer email, send the same information to sales@dwarkeshenterprises.in with the subject Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER] – Service Requirements.

Security: Never send an OTP, card PIN, CVV, online-banking password or other payment credentials. Where account access is necessary, use temporary credentials, collaborator/invite access, or another agreed secure access method whenever possible.

What happens after you send the requirements?
- Payment confirmed: we verify the order and purchased package.
- Requirements received: we review the submitted information and access.
- Scope check: we confirm that the request matches the purchased package and identify anything missing.
- Work in progress: implementation starts once the required information and access are available.
- Review: where the package includes a review or revision stage, we send the work for review.
- Final delivery & handover: we provide the completed work, relevant links/files/setup information and handover instructions.
Typical timelines begin after all information and access required for the purchased scope have been received.
Before sending access or confidential information
Use temporary passwords, collaborator access or account invitations where possible. Do not send payment-card information, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or online-banking credentials. If secure credentials are required to perform the service, our team will coordinate an appropriate method after verifying the order.
